The Town of Fort Nelson commissioned this planning study as a basis for the development a proposed community trail and greenway system for this community of 5,000 residents. The resulting trail plan provides an assessment of opportunities and constraints, a review of trail options, a preliminary construction cost estimates, and recommendations for the future trail development.
