This project required the landscape architects to work closely with the community, engineers and planners in order to development a comprehensive Streetscape Master Plan associated with rezoning of the area to residential use. The plan provides pedestrian priority streetscapes, reduced street widths, bump-outs at crosswalks and junctions, and unit paving at intersections.
