UBC BEATY BIODIVERSITY MUSEUM

2212 Main Mall, UBC Point Grey Campus, Vancouver

Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg 2010

Canada’s first biodiversity museum is dedicated to enhancing public understanding and appreciation of biodiversity, and to making the research conducted by UBC's Biodiversity Research Centre more accessible. The landscape program, developed in collaboration with Patkau Architects, explores native biodiversity, places it in an inviting educational format, and provides an exciting and dynamic open space for students, large groups of visitors, and formal events.
