Designed to pay homage to the 1930's Art deco style with a touch of the modern aesthetic, the Belair has become a distinctive destination within a community currently undergoing urban renewal. The unique landscape plan offers an urban garden oasis to residents; a collage of colour, texture, and form that is meant to not only remind one of traditional 1930’s commonwealth gardens of the nearby Shaughnessy area which provides an outdoor sanctuary for residents.
