Sharp & Diamond Landscape Architecture and Planning - 2002

Broadway Tech Centre is a high tech office space with extensive water features, pedestrian plazas, sports court and amenity areas. The existing warehouse structure was reused for a parkade and office podium. Sharp & Diamond was involved in master planning of the larger vision and detailed design for each of the nine building sites.
