Creating a distinct landscape on a busy thoroughfare like Georgia requires a design which is easily legible at 50 kph, while still providing interest for slow traffic and pedestrians. The water feature surrounding the Tower suggests water channels common in classical Middle Eastern gardens; providing a reflective base for the building.
