The site for this plaza resulted from an exchange of development rights with the adjacent Christ Church Cathedral. Paul Freidberg contributed his trademark step brick fountain, and Don Vaughan created a park-like setting with lawns and tall, finely textured Locust trees. Park Place has since become a favourite destination for noon-hour crowds.
