Since completing work on the Official Development Plan for Southeast False Creek, PWL Partnership has prepared the detailed design for the streetscapes in the Athlete's Village, for Hinge Park, and for the waterfront seawalk / bikeway. They also collaborated with the public and the City of Vancouver on the preliminary planning for Triangle Park, and Pocket Park on First Avenue. The waterfront development includes piers, bridges, water access, lighting, and ecological initiatives such as the creation of new shoreline habitat, as well as a comprehensive strategy for managing storm water.
