Under the Georgia Viduct between Pacific Boulevard, Quebec & Union

Designed to be a temporary development on an existing piece of under-utilized land, the Vancouver Skateplaza is Vancouver's first true urban public plaza designed exclusively for the skateboard community. It is a unique design because of its unusual triangular shape, and the fact that it is situated directly underneath two sets of the Georgia Street Viaduct on ramps. This allows for most of the site to be covered and lit, increasing users skate time when other skate parks in the city are closed.
