The Canada Way Business Park is a brown-field redevelopment located north of the BCIT Willingdon Campus. Its park-like setting offers amenities that include a small volleyball court, designed for high tech companies such as IBM, and rainwater from the paved surfaces and planting is collected in a series of biofiltration swales. The garden features ornamental grasses and native plants.
