Feast House & Outdoor Ice Rink

Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver, BC
Vaughan Landscape Planning and Design 1996

The first phase of this project included design of the open space adjacent to the newly-renovated lodge, outdoor ice rink/summer plaza, and the ‘Grouse Nest’ restaurant - now the ‘Observatory’. The second involved completion of the landscape architectural component of the ‘Feast House’, a traditional longhouse which offers visitors a First Nations’ meal and entertainment. More recent design work has focused on development of the site for summer activities.
