Since its completion in September 2001, the Fort-to-Fort Trail has provided a unique recreational opportunity to the Township of Langley, connecting the first Hudson’s Bay Fort with the the Fort Langley National Historic Site of Canada. This multi-use trail passes old fields, through mixed forests, former industrial sites, following the Fraser River , and drawing people through Fort Langley – “the birthplace of BC”. Interpretive signage encourages residents and visitors to the historical, cultural and natural history of the area.
