This residential development is located above the Trans Canada Highway on Vancouver 's North Shore . The steep site, with its magnificent view of Vancouver 's outer harbour, was a challenging place to create a balance between buildings and landscape; a goal which was achieved through the extension and definition of the entry areas with walls and arbours. The plant material consists of mainly native species which support and blend into the mountain landscape.
