PWL has completed the design for the landscape component for the first three phases of this innovative mixed-use development, which features on-site energy and resource management as part of a "triple bottom line" strategy of balancing economy, ecology and the social benefits. The project team includes Windmill Developments and Busby, Perkins + Will Architects, as well as DYA Architects, and has achieved a LEED Platinum certification.
