908 Yarrow Place, Esquimalt, BC

Murdoch de Greeff Inc. - 2011

The Yarrow Raingardend are the first municipal bioretention facilities constructed in the Township of Esquimalt. Designed to manage pollution loads from a 600 meter section of Craigflower Road, this multi-functional street development treats runoff pollution, while providing a public amenity, enhancing the foreshore, wildlife habitat biodiversity, and views to the Gorge Waterway.  Murdock de Greef also developed planter islands along Craigflower Road to calm traffic and beautify the streetscape.
